Innodata offers a powerful combination of both digital data solutions and easy-to-use, high-quality platforms.

Our global workforce includes over 3,000 employees in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Israel and Germany. We’re poised for a period of explosive growth over the next few years.

About the Role

We are seeking a contract Web Designer/Developer who will work closely with the marketing team, including our graphic designer who produces layout mockups in InDesign to transform static designs into fully functional web pages. You will help accelerate our landing page production pipeline and ensure our pages meet brand standards, load quickly, and follow UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert static design mockups (InDesign, PDFs, images) into responsive web pages using WordPress + Elementor.

  • Build new landing pages for upcoming solutions and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine layout, content structure, and user experience.

  • Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Implement clean, modular Elementor templates that can be reused for future pages.

  • Troubleshoot formatting issues, layout inconsistencies, and plugin conflicts.

  • Ensure design fidelity when translating visual assets into web format.

  • Provide accurate time estimates and deliver work on deadline.

  • Work with Innodata’s existing web developer when necessary to ensure technical compatibility.

Job requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience designing and building websites or landing pages, especially within marketing teams.

  • Strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor (Pro preferred).

  • Ability to convert static design files (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, PDF) into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices (you don’t need to be an engineer, but must be comfortable editing code when needed).

  • Experience with UX/UI design, layout hierarchy, and modern web aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (meta tags, alt text, page speed optimization).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with designers and marketers.

  • Highly organized, fast, and detail-oriented—able to juggle multiple landing pages at once.

  • Portfolio of previous WordPress/Elementor work.
