About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles within Innodata. You will play a pivotal role in building pipelines, managing full-cycle recruiting, and leveraging data and reporting to inform hiring strategies. Strong Excel proficiency is essential to manage and analyze recruiting metrics and hiring reports.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for roles across departments.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative methods.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple functions.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, formulas, etc.).

  • Create custom Excel dashboards and visual reports to support data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and Excel trackers.

  • Stay current on talent market trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience (in-house or agency).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, filters, and building reporting templates).

  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for corporate and technical roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Nice to have:  

  • Experience recruiting in a tech, data, or digital services environment.

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and dashboards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus but not required).

Minimum Education Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

Salary Range: $75,000-85,000

Salary rates at Innodata vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, educational background and geographic location.
