The Role
We’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead Innodata’s global marketing strategy and execution, with a core mandate of driving pipeline through qualified inbound demand and strategic sales enablement. You’ll own the entire marketing function—including paid media, SEO, content, events, ABM, and web—and lead a growing global team.
You’ll report directly to the CRO and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to scale revenue, amplify brand visibility, and position Innodata as a go-to provider for generative AI services and data engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy
a. Own and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine, including paid search, paid social, SEO, content syndication, ABM, events, and strategic partnerships.
b. Increase marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across enterprise and strategic accounts.
Team Leadership & Budget Ownership
a. Build and lead a high-performance, cross-functional marketing team; oversee global operations, hiring, and development.
b. Own and optimize the entire marketing budget, allocating spend to drive pipeline efficiency and ROI.
Sales Enablement & GTM Execution
a. Partner with Sales to develop effective enablement tools, messaging, and content to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
b. Oversee creation of customer-facing assets, case studies, pitch decks, and industry-specific collateral.
Brand Positioning & Messaging
a. Refine Innodata’s brand narrative and GTM messaging to reflect its leadership in GenAI and data annotation services.
b. Ensure consistency across web properties, campaigns, PR, analyst relations, and social channels.
Analytics & Board-Level Reporting
a. Establish and report on key KPIs—pipeline, MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, attribution—to Executive Leadership and the Board.
b. Use data to continuously test, optimize, and evolve marketing strategies and spend.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling demand generation programs that drive revenue growth and pipeline creation.
Domain experience in AI/ML, data annotation, or generative AI services is required.
Deep knowledge of marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, events, and ABM.
Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and enabling go-to-market motions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Metrics-driven mindset with experience reporting at the Board level.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000 USD
Salary rates at Innodata vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, educational background and geographic location.
