We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines to support high-volume recruitment across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate is a proactive sourcer who thrives in fast-paced environments, leverages modern sourcing tools, and can engage top talent across technical, professional, and niche roles.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements. 

  • Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and qualify talent for current and future openings. 

  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, social platforms, talent communities, referrals, etc.) to reach active and passive candidates. 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill sets. 

  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest and alignment. 

  • Track, measure, and report on sourcing metrics and pipeline health using ATS/CRM tools. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive talent markets, and best practices in high-volume sourcing. 

  • Represent Innodata’s employer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm when engaging candidates. 

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment (high-volume experience strongly preferred). 

  • Experience sourcing hourly employees(full and part-time)

  • Strong command of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping. 

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle large requisition loads. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling outreach messages. 

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a high standard of quality.
