With over 35 years of experience, we take pride in consistently delivering the highest quality data and exceptional outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

Innodata is seeking a Sales Content Writer to focus on the creation of high-quality, sales-facing materials that support our go-to-market efforts. This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Sales, Solutions, and Product Marketing to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling content.

This is a highly execution-focused role. The primary responsibility is producing consistent, high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, and supporting materials that help move deals forward.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who can quickly understand technical concepts and turn them into concise, persuasive narratives for buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Content Creation (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary creator of sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and proposal assets

  • Produce a steady cadence of content to support active sales opportunities and campaigns (e.g., multiple one-pagers per week and frequent deck creation)

  • Translate complex AI and data solutions into clear, buyer-friendly messaging

  • Tailor content for different industries, use cases, and stages of the sales cycle

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to gather inputs and refine messaging

Content Consistency & Quality

  • Ensure all materials align with Innodata’s messaging, positioning, and brand standards

  • Create and maintain templates and repeatable frameworks for decks and one-pagers

  • Continuously improve content based on feedback and performance

Content Organization & Support

  • Maintain and organize a centralized library of sales materials

  • Ensure content is easy to find, up to date, and aligned with current priorities

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales content roles in a B2B environment

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience creating decks, one-pagers, or similar assets

  • Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requests simultaneously

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, data, or technology is a plus

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must provide 2–3 examples of sales content they have personally created, such as a pitch deck, one-pager, solution brief, proposal asset, or battle card.

Success Metrics

  • Consistent delivery of high-quality sales content

  • Speed and responsiveness to sales content requests

  • Positive feedback from Sales on usability and clarity of materials

  • Increased usage of marketing-created sales assets
