Our global workforce includes over 7,000 employees in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Israel and Germany. We’re poised for a period of explosive growth over the next few years.

About the Role:

We are recruiting short-term, full-time participants for a paid in-home research project involving a wearable recording device and structured household activities.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to follow detailed instructions over a multi-day period. Participants will begin with a required in-person onboarding session in Ridgefield Park, NJ, and then complete the project from their own home.

This is a high-commitment, short-term opportunity that requires consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to perform structured tasks for multiple hours per day.

Requirements:

  • Be available to work 40 hours per week, typically 5 days per week / 8 hours per day

  • Take part in a home-based study using a wearable recording device

  • Complete structured household activities in their own home

  • Follow detailed instructions closely and accurately

  • Communicate consistently with our support team throughout the project

  • Submit short daily progress reports

  • Record across multiple rooms in their home

  • Complete recording tasks under different home conditions, including different times of day

  • Independently manage recording sessions, uploads, and basic task completion requirements

  • During this time, participants are expected to capture a minimum of 20 hours of recordings, with most successful participants typically capturing 20–25 hours over the course of the project.

  • This work can be repetitive, structured, and physically demanding at times. The strongest participants are those who can stay consistent, follow directions carefully, and maintain steady communication throughout the assignment.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

  • Requires the ability to remain on your feet and actively move throughout the workday, including walking and navigating the work area for extended periods (typically 6–8 hours per day).

  • Preferred candidates will be tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various digital platforms, systems, and tools.

Assignment Length

The length of the assignment may vary depending on the size and layout of a participant’s home, as there are limits to how much collection can be completed in each room or environment. Some participants may complete the work more quickly than others, depending on available space and study fit.

Hourly Range: Up to $20.00 USD per hour
