About the Role 

We are seeking a consultative and delivery-focused Engagement Manager to serve as the primary interface between Innodata and our enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex AI/ML data and content transformation engagements, ensuring delivery excellence while fostering long-term partnerships.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client management, solution execution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise client engagements

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders

  • Understand client objectives and design delivery plans to align with their business goals

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from kickoff through final delivery

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across global delivery hubs

  • Manage delivery workflows related to AI data preparation, annotation, enrichment, and digital content transformation

  • Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery milestones

  • Identify and address delivery risks, issues, and blockers proactively

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding progress, changes, and expectations

  • Track and manage scope, timeline, and budget across multiple workstreams

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and client interactions

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Operations to align internal capabilities with client needs

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and service models

  • Provide strategic input on how clients can optimize AI workflows or digital operations

  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams

  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings based on evolving client demands

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience 

  • 5+ years of client delivery or program management experience in professional services, consulting, digital transformation, or AI/data services

  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex delivery engagements

  • Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams

  • Understanding of AI/ML data workflows, digital content processing, or knowledge management

Preferred Skills and Experience 

  • Experience in AI/ML data services, BPO, or technology consulting

  • Background in industries such as technology, healthcare, publishing, or financial services

  • Familiarity with annotation platforms, LLM workflows, or automation tools

  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification

Minimum Education Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

Salary Range: $160,000-180,000

Salary rates at Innodata vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, educational background and geographic location.
